Maker's Yield & Cost
A nossa história

Nascido no chão do atelier

01
Classroom Origin

It started with a Google Sheet

At FIT — the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York — I was developing real handbags with patterns, leather, hardware, and lining. To price them accurately, I needed true yield math. No existing software did that, so I built the calculator myself on the workshop bench.

02
The Industry Gap

Complexity without tools

During my MBA in Footwear & Apparel Production Management, the reality became sharp: small-batch makers were abandoned between hobbyist apps and six-figure enterprise ERPs. Nothing in between was built for the actual artisan workroom.

03
Floor-Level Truth

Built on the production line

Maker's Yield & Cost is not built by software engineers guessing at the craft. Every formula, yield calculation, and BOM rollup was forged on cutting tables and sourcing meetings where the numbers had to balance down to the cent.

Aquilo em que acreditamos

Três compromissos que moldam cada decisão

01
