These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of makersyield.com and the Makers Yield mobile applications (the "Service"), operated by Makers Yield. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.
The Service is offered in Freemium, Pro, and Business tiers. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain all rights to the product, batch, and supplier data you enter. You grant Makers Yield a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no interference with other users, no reverse engineering, no use for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Calculations are provided as informational aids; we are not responsible for pricing, accounting, or tax decisions made on the basis of them.
